ARRIVED EARLY AND READY TO WORK!!! The gentlemen arrived early and ready to work. They had all the supplies at hand and worked together in a very cooperative and timely fashion. The men were very respectful and enjoyable to have in my residence being I'm a single woman living within the country. The floor looked incredible when finished. They also suggested to me that an additional location not be done until the floor had been leveled. It represented to me their desire to be honest and truthful. At the end of day I would strongly suggest Mr.Sandless and their team. Susann J.

A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR ME!!! Mr. Sandless by far exceeded my expectations for rejuvenating my wood floors. Mr. Sandless was very prompt, took out the time to explain the procedure step by step and produced positive that I was comfortable with all they could be performing. I truly went to work and left them at my home. Upon my return, my hardwood floors seemed to be in showroom condition! They also explained the recommended after-care require to maintain my floor. This was a fantastic expertise for me!

THE COST WAS ALSO MUCH LESS THAN HALF OF A SANDING!!! I just had work completed by Gary and Joe in our 2nd property. The hardwood floors had been in truly poor shape with paint and pet urine. Mr. Sandless arrived at 8:30 a.m. and finished at 7:30 p.m. The floors look fabulous after they finished. My wife couldn't think her eyes. They had been courteous, and knew their item. I highly recommend these guys from Youngstown, Ohio. The cost was also much less than half of a sanding/polyurethane bid I received from a contractor. - Kevin

EXCEEDED ANYTHING I COULD HAVE EXPECTED I Had Mr. Sandless do my floors which were a Living Room, Dining Room and Hallway. Upon arrival the crew advised me of the condition of my floor and what I could expect upon completion of my floor. Let me assure you they were significantly nicer on telling me the condition than I would have been if it was shot. I decided to go with it and 9 hours later my floor was gorgeous. I can say nothing poor about them the guys that were there were excellent and polite and also the results far exceeded anything I could have expected. Alice Gibsonia
